A relaxed guided walk from Knowles Green into the beautiful Cheshire Hills. Approx. 2 hours, no experience needed, everyone's welcome.
Beautiful Neapolitan style pizzas served outside Knowles Green. 5pm onwards.
At Your Table are back outside Knowles Green with fresh pasta, sauces and more.
Ticketed tastings
Six evenings of wine, cheese and food with visiting growers, importers and makers. Places are deliberately limited, so early booking is recommended. Book online below, or in store.
A journey through flavour, hosted by Josh Knowles of Carron Lodge, award-winning farmhouse cheese makers. Fizz and your first cheese on arrival, then four more cheeses, each matched to a different wine.
An evening celebrating the wines and flavours of Italy, hosted by Edward Hammond of Hammonds of Knutsford. Italian fizz on arrival, then four Italian wines, each with a Knowles Green food pairing.
A taste of France, hosted by Neil Duckworth of Fells, distributor of premium family-owned wines. Sparkling Crémant on arrival, then four French wines, each with a Knowles Green food pairing.
A celebration of Spanish wine, hosted by Jonney Cox of Moreno, specialist Spanish importers. Cava on arrival, then four Spanish wines, each with a Spanish-inspired pairing from Knowles Green.
An evening with Kopke, the world's oldest Port house, established 1638. Hosted by Janet Guest of Jeroboams. A Port On Ice Spritz on arrival, then four styles of Kopke Port with food pairings. Held at Bollington Arts Centre.
A taste of Piedmont, hosted by Emma Whitehurst of At Your Table and Mark Dent of Knowles Green. Spumante Brut on arrival, then four Piedmont-inspired dishes, each paired with a hand-picked Italian wine.
A Sunday morning in our beautiful Cheshire Hills
Looking for a lovely way to spend your Sunday? Join one of the Knowles Green team for a relaxed guided walk from Knowles Green, Bollington into the beautiful Cheshire Hills.

After the walk, head back to our delicatessen and enjoy a half-price drink with any food purchase as a little thank you for joining us. It's a great opportunity to meet local people, enjoy some fresh air, and discover the beautiful countryside right on our doorstep.
A Few Friendly Notes
- Please walk at your own pace and remember everyone takes part at their own risk.
- We'll stick together as a group and look out for one another.
- Please wear suitable footwear and bring a bottle of water.
- Friendly dogs are welcome but should be kept on the lead.
- Let's leave nothing behind but footprints and enjoy the countryside respectfully.

What an incredible
afternoon!
A massive thank you to everyone who came along and helped make our 6th Bollington Wine Fair such a fantastic success. The atmosphere was amazing, the wines were flowing, and it was wonderful to see so many of you enjoying yourselves. Your support means everything.
